Right of Withdrawal Information
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without providing any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party appointed by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the last item.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (info@ateliera.shop) by means of a clear statement (email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the withdrawal form template provided below, but it is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we are obliged to refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs arising if you chose a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we received your notice of withdrawal.
For the refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees for this refund.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us (Atelier A, Kolonnenstr. 8, 10827 Berlin, Germany) without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Additional Notes
Please, if possible, use the original packaging material if still available.
Contracts Excluded from the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts listed in Section §312g(2) of the German Civil Code (BGB), particularly:

  • Contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for which individual choice or specifications by the consumer are important or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.

  • Contracts for the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons if the seal was removed after delivery.

Shipping Information
Your order will be shipped via DHL Standard Delivery with tracking. Atelier A reserves the right to use any other shipping provider at any time.
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout and displayed during payment processing. Shipping costs may vary depending on the quantity of items purchased. 
Your order will be delivered within 10 to 15 working days to the address you provide, depending on the shipping destination. The delivery time begins the working day after we receive your full payment unless otherwise agreed.
Deliveries to Customs-Regulated Countries
DHL charges import VAT, customs duties, and handling fees separately for each country. Please note that the customer is responsible for any foreign bank fees. Customs duties, import VAT, and DHL handling fees are not refundable in the event of a return.
 
Returns
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal, as described in the "Right of Withdrawal" section. The following provisions do not affect your statutory right of withdrawal:
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are accepted only for unused items in their original packaging, including all original tags. There is no right to exchange worn or damaged items.
To exercise your right to exchange, you must notify us at info@ateliera.shop with your order number, the reason for return, and the product you wish to exchange. Atelier A must be informed of your decision within 3 days of receiving your order.
You must return the items promptly, but no later than 14 days after notifying us of your decision to exchange. Atelier A does not provide return shipping labels. Return shipping is at your own cost and must include a tracking number.
If you exchange an item, you bear the direct cost of returning the products unless you are exchanging the item for an equal or higher value item.
