2. How do I return an item?
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact us at info@ateliera.shop within 14 days of receiving your order to request a
Return Authorization (RA) number.
Carefully package the item, including all original packaging and documentation.
Write the RA number clearly on the outside of the package and ship it to the address provided in the return authorization email.
Please note that the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.
3. When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
